Podiatric Surgeon Dr. Andrew Peacock Joins Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists
Renowned foot and ankle specialist expands full range of services
Doylestown, PA – Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists (BCOS) is expanding their practice with the addition of podiatrist and surgeon, Dr. Andrew Peacock. A highly specialized physician with extensive experience in complex foot and ankle problems including sports-injury, trauma, arthroscopy, reconstruction, and total ankle replacement, Dr. Peacock will be joining BCOS on January 2, 2020 to provide non-surgical and surgical treatment options for patients in the greater Bucks and Montgomery county region.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Clemson University, Dr. Peacock attended medical school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, completed his residency at The University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital, and then his fellowship through the Pennsylvania Intensive Lower Extremity Fellowship at the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Currently, Dr. Peacock has staff privileges and operating appointments at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital, Jefferson Northeast Health System, Tower Health System and in Doylestown.
“I enjoy helping patients from all walks of life overcome foot and ankle problems that impede their lives,” says Dr. Peacock. “Whether it is a patient in Philadelphia, Doylestown, or in Leon, Nicaragua – where I do mission work – there is no better feeling than getting to know my patients and helping them restore their mobility and quality of life through proper diagnosis, treatment, and care.”
With a deep interest in the academic side of medicine, Dr. Peacock also serves as the assistant podiatric residency director at Jefferson Health, is an active faculty member at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, and teaches at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Additionally, he is a frequent lecturer on regional, national, and international events and serves as a peer reviewer for The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
From a personal perspective, Dr. Peacock is very excited to be practicing in the Bucks Country area. “My wife was born and raised in Doylestown, and graduated as the Class President at Central Bucks West High School. With deep family ties, I feel a special connection to the patients in this area,” he says.
