Biography
Dawn Campbell, MPT, has managed Fitness Physical Therapy since its opening in 2001.
She is an expert in running analysis, vestibular therapy, and shoulder and knee injuries, and is trained in McKenzie Treatment for spine-related conditions. Dawn also holds a certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation. Her continuing education credits include specialized training in the treatment of knee and shoulder injuries, running analysis, McKenzie training in spine diagnosis and treatment, Lumbar Functional Stabilization, and Maitland treatment of the spine.
Dawn earned her undergraduate degree in health science from Lock Haven University, where she also played lacrosse. She received her graduate degree in physical therapy from the University of Delaware.
Her resume includes seven years with HealthSouth of Hershey, PA, where she treated a wide range of orthopedic patients, including players from the Hershey Bears AHL hockey team. She was also chosen as a therapist for the Pennsylvania Big 33 High School Football Classic.
Dawn has a long love for health and for providing medical care. She is an avid runner and competes in both the Tough Mudder and the Spartan Race. She is also a three-time age group winner of the Bucks 5k series.
